'''Coalham Museum and Art Gallery''' is an art gallery complex created by Beno. There are a total of 18 elevators throughout the museum, including a maze and an underground bunker area. The '''Sunshine State Tower''' was a series of mods of [[Sky I (V1)|Sky I]] done by Skyscraper Simulator Showcase / June. The building was renamed to [[The Palace Tower]]. Versions 1-3 were also similar to the original Sky I in design as it lacked the final version that Version 4 had and was eventually inherited by the Palace Tower, but excluding the parking garage section.
