The '''Sunshine State Tower''' was a series of mods of [[Sky I (V1)|Sky I]] done by Skyscraper Simulator Showcase / June. The building was renamed to [[The Palace Tower]]. There is also a parking garage extension included in version 4 of the building. Versions 1-3 were also similar to the original Sky I in design as it lacked the final version that Version 4 had and was eventually inherited by the Palace Tower, but excluding the parking garage section.

'''Sunny Bay Tower''' is a 272-floor skyscraper that has a total of 67 Mitsubishi elevators. It is currently being created by Haru, and was first introduced in February 2023. It was originally planned to only have 106 floors, and was extended later to the current 209 floors tower.

NOTE: Only the first 90 floors and the first 67 elevators are completed, not including the Staff Basement (SB) level.
