The Republic Department of Health 25th Street Medical Office and Pharmacy building is an in-development building created by [[User:Abigail|Abigail]], there are plans for 3 floors and 2 elevators. the building is to serve as a Proof of Concept for fully-furnished buildings in Skyscrapersim, utilizing the EG881 Integration Project for superior building detail. Canonically, the Building represents how 25th street Pharmacy would have looked in June of 1979, Four months after its canonical construction finished.

Release is expected by January 2025, however, this is not exact. Release may come sooner or later than expected. Unfinished BLD files may be provided upon request.
The Project Is currently in Phase I.

* Phase I - Structural, this consists of the building's floors, doors, and some minor/moderate details.
* Phase II - Elevators and Signage.
* Phase III - Furniture. This could cause unexpected delays. the Phase II Building will be made public as a Pre-Release before phase III begins.
* Phase IV - Release/Refinement. By this point, the building will have a full public release available.
