I'm guessing that you are using my "M10_Elev..." functions to easily create elevators of different sizes, or possibly installing my exit signs there. Regardless of your choice, your buildings will look good with the different content being used there.

== Update: 02/05/2025 ==

Construction has been started on Lighthouse Cruise Center, but yet without the telecommunications tower. What I wanted to say is that a Stahl goods lift was added into the ferry terminal. It serves K (-1) (Storage and Boiler Room), 0 (Arrivals), 1 (Departures) and 2 (Observatory and Offices). Note there is a rear door and it opens on the 1st floor.

In an unexpected turn of events, focus has been stayed on Lighthouse Cruise Center. 3 more goods lifts have been installed there, that means, all goods lifts have been installed. The left lift in the left of the picture is the goods lift that was already built yesterday.

All goods lifts look exactly the same, but they serve different floors: I already said which floors the left lift on the back serve. The right lift on the back serves K, 0 and 1, the right lift on the front serves K, 0 and 2 and the left lift on the front only serves K and 0.

== Just something to tell you ==

You may have noticed that the rear door (<abbr title="The lift that goes up to the 6th floor">Thalia lift</abbr>) not only opens on the ground floor, but also opens on the basement floor. Originally, a delivery ramp near that lift was planned, but now I decided that the Thalia bookstore will have a Haushahn goods lift in the south side of the building. I also decided that the rear door inside the existing Thalia lift will still open on the basement, but that will be used for another purpose. My intention is that this lift would be useful for the underground passage when the glass Otis GeN2 lift go out of service. It means this lift will be the second lift for the underground passage. I have my building creator called [[Lighthouse Friesland's Skyscrapersim Building Creator]], so you can create your own buildings without having to learn Skyscrapersim's own scripting language. This building creator is still WIP.

I can hand-code buildings really nicely. Before around October 2023, I couldn't hand-code buildings, but I created buildings with [[Skyscrapersim Building Creator Reloaded]].

Also, I've created my own script, the [[Simple - Realistic Top Box|realistic inspection box]] for Skyscraper buildings a while ago. I really like surfing lifts in Skyscraper!

Joao84704: Created page with "This is the first release candidate of Skyscraper 2.0, and next month (on July 4th) it'll be the 20th anniversary of the C++ version, I've wanted to release 2.0 in July if possible. The main difference in this version is the new InnoSetup installer. MultiMonorail also contributed a change that adds the ShowDirection parameter for call stations. I currently have more cleaning up of the documentation to do, but so far I've wanted this to be a more widely tested build..."

This is the first release candidate of Skyscraper 2.0, and next month (on July 4th) it'll be the 20th anniversary of the C++ version, I've wanted to release 2.0 in July if possible. The main difference in this version is the new InnoSetup installer. MultiMonorail also contributed a change that adds the ShowDirection parameter for call stations. I currently have more cleaning up of the documentation to do, but so far I've wanted this to be a more widely tested build, so it'll be published on GitHub and SourceForge soon. On the website, I've replaced the main downloads (Alpha 11) with this build. Let me know if you run into any issues with it.

Just noting that the new [[Skyscraper Wiki:7/20|7 days / 20 edits]] edit filter is now live on the wiki! Hopefully this will reduce the amount of spam that's been affecting this wiki for a while because it was mainly IP addresses and newly-created accounts causing problems, hopefully these restrictions I put in place will filter out the majority of the spam before it can get through. I know that the filter is now working properly as at least one edit has been tagged and disallowed (from the [[Special:Contributions/185.121.138.0/24|185.121.138.0/24]] range that was part of the spamwave.
