Editing January 28 2025 build

This build fixes the building power in relation to indicators, it prevents the indicators from getting caught in a loop and crashing the sim.  I also added the Lobby global parameter which sets the lobby level that virtual people will start at in random activity mode, and I've added that lobby option to the People Manager window.

The Mac version is having signing issues again, so I'll be trying to fix that and upload the new version.
