Like the other plazas it has a big hole at its center, a lot of atriums, and 4 sections with different textures. It was joao84704's third building added into the Integration Project (After [[Ctv - Entranha Plaza|Entranha]] and [[Ctv - Sexta Plaza|Sexta]] Plazas respectively) in February 2023. It's also the largest Plaza building on Centerville with 81 elevators / lifts.
