Editing February 9 2023 build

This is a bugfix build for the recent reported issues. This fixes a number of chime/notification issues in the last build, and also fixes a texture mapping problem.

So let me know if you find any issues/regressions. One cool feature is that you can get the elevator to chime 3 times by setting NotifyEarly to 3, and NotifyLate to true.
