It will have a mix of older and newer elevators, as well as a shopping center taking up the first 5 floors (10 when including the mezzanine floors). The shopping center will have a different floor numbering scheme than Lacy's. There will also be a mixed-use hotel/residential tower and an office tower near the department store, though that will be built at a later date.
