For this build I mainly reverted the PolyMesh system cleanups I did back in October, they were causing performance issues mainly noticeable in [[Dellerton Plaza (V1)|Dellerton Plaza]].

I made fixes for Dellerton Plaza (the starting position) and also fixed [[Skyscrapersim Housing Estate]].

Levels errors are now non-fatal on startup, which should help get around some script errors in buildings instead of having the simulator quit on the building.

The console now shows when shaft doors are being created, since in buildings like Dellerton Plaza, they take time to make.
