The '''NewBuild Demo Building (pre-Build 5)''' was a building complex that showed off what the [[NewBuild]] script could do prior to Build 5. It, along with NewBuild, was released as part of [[The Lift Excelsior Portfolio]] Build 3. As of Build 5, this version was replaced with a newer version that shows off the random number function. The complex consisted of a 6-floor test tower showing all 20 different elevator/lift types supported by the creator, as well as a 2-floor mall and 8-floor parking garage. The 56-floor office tower had a low-rise set of 2 elevators and a high-rise set of 4 elevators.
