This build introduces the AddFloorIndicators elevator car command. This allows you to quickly create external floor indicators on all serviced floors of an elevator.

This build introduces the ability for floors to automatically enable and disable when using noclip (v key) mode, so when collisions are off, you can move up between floors and they won't show up as disabled any longer, this should help with realism. This can be turned off in the "Realtime Mesh Control" window, and I also moved a couple of the options to that window too (the Automatic Stairs and Automatic Shafts). I also fixed a couple of minor issues with Fire Service Phase 2 mode.
