	This build (the Friday the 13th build haha) is mainly a fix for the FPS issues users were having, I found that the map generators were being enabled for each sim engine, causing the slowdowns, they were supposed to only enable if said to in the building script. 	A button has been added that lists playing sounds in all engines, which should help diagnose issues with sounds in the simulator. I've started a new Readme file, which is also online at the Git repository (see below for the link). For the readme, I converted the Skyscraper logo images and put them into the Guide folder. I'm also using the Inno Setup installer, which will be used for an RC1 build release.		A button has been added that lists playing sounds in all engines, which should help diagnose issues with sounds in the simulator.
