Invalid Ending Floor

Note that this applies to all versions of SBCR (including Skyscraper Building Creator Supreme and SBCS V3). I have run into an issue where it says Invalid Ending Floor if I set some stairs and / or elevators to go up to the roof level of the created building but did not build anything there. I tested in the original, Supreme, and Supreme V3 and the result is the same, though I haven't tried it when adding a small floor onto the roof floor area. I encountered the same issue once when wanting to create a roof terrace in Park Inn Tower Berlin.
