August 6 2023 build

For this build I downgraded Ogre to version 13.6.5 (previously was 14.0.1, and before that 13.6.4), which should fix the FPS problems and crash issues that have been happening. Additionally gothickitty93 contributed optimized image files which replace the files in the data folder, saving 7.4mb of space, which reduces the size of the package downloads somewhat.

Changelog:

1. Revert Ogre 14.0.1 upgrade (go back to Ogre 13.6)
2. Updated image files, gothickitty93 contributed ImageOptim-optimized image files
3. Build Ogre 13.6.5 on all platforms
