The Holiday Inn Apartement is a hotel located in Skyscraperville created by Lighthouse Friesland. The main elevators look luxus; but the roof elevators not. Also, in the roof terrace, there is a restaurant; it's called City View Restaurant. Before Version 2, there was no roof terrace, because there was no floor in the terrace. But there was a roof.
