The NewBuild Demo Building (pre-Build 5) was a building complex that showed off what the NewBuild script could do prior to Build 5. It, along with NewBuild, was released as part of The Lift Excelsior Portfolio Build 3. As of Build 5, this version was replaced with a newer version that shows off the random number function. The complex consisted of a 6-floor test tower showing all 20 different elevator/lift types supported by the creator, as well as a 2-floor mall and 8-floor parking garage. The 56-floor office tower had a low-rise set of 2 elevators and a high-rise set of 4 elevators.
