This page (or section) is for a future building.

This article may need to be updated as more stuff comes.
The completed building may look different from the current information.

Not to be confused with the Pear Tree Plaza, a mixed-use skyscraper created by Mike.

Palm Tree Plaza is a building complex by g-Elevators that is a made-from-scratch overhaul and continuation of the abandoned Teknikk Plaza by Andreas - HT.
