The Simple building is a 10-floor official building made by Eventhorizon. It is made to be a tutorial building for users wanting to hand-code. Various users have made different variations of the building, ranging from just changed textures, different elevator fixtures, to extending the building to 500+ floors. There's also official different versions of this building used to test new features by Eventhorizon (Mostly). The other offical simplistic building being VerySimple.
