One Modernham Shopping Center is a shopping center located in Modernham. It is M72 (formerly maalit72)'s first building that was released on the old Skyscraper Simulator Forum. It is a BBC building that was edited in the code to have custom textures and elevators, such as fixtures that are not available in BBC. This has been M72's standard when creating buildings up until now. It There are a total of 28 elevators in the building. There is also a texture mod that was later released.
