Lacy's Delta City is an upcoming department store to be located in Delta City and will be created by elevator1512. It will have a mix of older and newer elevators, as well as a shopping center taking up the first 5 floors. There will also be a mixed-use hotel/residential tower and an office tower near the department store.

- 1 - Store Main Level (mezzanine levels on floors 1M-5M for shops in between floors)
- 2-5 - Lacy's Store and Shopping Center
- 6-22 - Lacy's Store (some floors might be converted to offices)
