The main Northeast Triad Convention Center complex consists of the 26-story Cityview Tower, a convention center, and two parking garages.

Cityview Tower

This building was formerly called "Octagon Plaza."

• 1 - Ground Entrance / Service Area
• 2 - Lobby, access to North Parking Garage
• 3-4 - Mezzanine (access to Main Parking Garage on level 3 and Convention Center on level 4)
• 5-9 - Meeting rooms (access to Convention Center on level 5)
• 10-25 - Offices
• 26 - Trapezoid Restaurant
• R - Roof

Convention Center

• B - Gibson Auditorium
• 1 - Empty / Service Area
• 2 - Lobby and Convention Center
• 3-9 - Convention Center (access to Central Parking Garage on levels 2-4 and Cityview Tower on level 5)
• 10 - Edinburgh Room, Norpoint Room, service area, lower roof
• 11 - Upper roof

North Parking Garage

Exits to street are available on the 1^st floor.

• P4-P1 - Underground Parking
• 1-8 - Parking (Bridge to Convention Center on the 5^th floor)

Central Parking Garage

• 1-4 - Parking (Exit to street on the 2^nd floor)
• 5 - Convention Center Atrium
