One Modernham Shopping Center is M72 (formerly maalit72)'s first building that was released on the old Skyscrapersim Forum. It is a BBC building that was edited in the code to have custom textures and elevators, such as fixtures that are not available in BBC. This has been M72's standard when creating buildings up until now.
