Not to be confused with the Pear Tree Plaza, a mixed-use skyscraper created by Mike.
Palm Tree Plaza is a building complex by g-Elevators that is a made-from-scratch overhaul and continuation of the abandoned Teknikk Plaza by Andreas - HT. It has two buildings, the Seashell Building and the Sandbar Wing. The buildings are connected by a skybridge on Level 2. The complex is located in Biscayne Square, a fictional district along the bay in Miami, FL.
