The NewBuild Demo Building is a building complex that shows off what the NewBuild script can do. It, along with NewBuild, was released as part of The Lift Excelsior Portfolio Build 3. As of Build 5, this version was replaced with a newer version that shows off the random number function. The complex consists of a 6-floor test tower showing all 20 different elevator/lift types supported by the creator, as well as a 2-floor mall and 8-floor parking garage. The 56-floor office tower has a low-rise set of 2 elevators and a high-rise set of 4 elevators.
