Park Inn Tower Berlin is a building, which is based off of the second highest building called Park Inn Hotel in Berlin (Germany) made by Lighthouse_Friesland w/ Skyscrapersim Building Creator Reloaded, But a few of them (cab look, etc.) are modified.
It has 12 elevators (one of them is a glass elevator). Four of them are low-rise elevators, four of them are high-rise elevators, and three of them are service elevators. All elevators excluding the glass elevator are Schindler M-Series Elevators.

- 1-3 - Lobby
- 4 - Lower Service Area
- 5-20 - Lower Zone Hotel Rooms
- 20-35 - Upper Zone Hotel Rooms
- 36 - Mid Service Area
- 37 - Upper Zone Hotel Rooms
- 38-39 - Upper Service Areas
- 40 - Roof (including the Panorama terrace)
