Park Inn Tower Berlin is a building. It is based on the second highest building called Park Inn Hotel in Berlin (Germany) created by Lighthouse Friesland, But a few of them (cab look, etc.) are modified.

It has 12 elevators (one of them is a glass elevator). Four of them are low-rise elevators, four of them are high-rise elevators, and three of them are service elevators. All elevators excluding the glass elevator are Schindler M-Series Elevators.

  • 1-3 - Lobby
  • 4 - Lower Service Area
  • 5-20 - Lower Zone Hotel Rooms
  • 20-35 - Upper Zone Hotel Rooms
  • 36 - Mid Service Area
  • 37 - Upper Zone Hotel Rooms
  • 38-39 - Upper Service Areas
  • 40 - Roof (including the Panorama terrace)
