7/20 (7 days / 20 edits) is a new restriction on page creations to combat a recent surge of spam page creations by IP addresses and newly registered users, with some exceptions to trusted IP addresses and ranges that have had good-faith page creations.
Note: To request an exception be added onto the filter, go to Mediawiki talk:Abuse filter or User talk:Elevator1512 and explain why you want the exception in place. Bogus requests will be reverted and you may be blocked from editing either those talk pages or sitewide for continued violations.
