The Ilac Centre (Also known as: Ilac Shopping, Ilac Shopping Centre) is an emulation of the real life shopping centre created by HappyPizza64. There will soon be 2 versions of this building (V1 and the 1990 version). In total, there are 13 lifts and no staircases (This was before HappyPizza64 had started hand-coding buildings). The main lift company used is Otis.

- M - Mezzanine, Shopping
- P1-P4 - Parking
- P5 - Rooftop Parking
