Number Bug

I noted an issue with your 21st floor code in Berlin TV Tower. It should be ID = %floor%, not ID = %number%. Seems like that only affected that particular floor, not any of the other ones. Updates

Now I've added the rails and the counterweight for the elevators so they look realistic than the default Skyscrapersim Building Creator Reloaded buildings. I noticed an error in the floor numbering as some of the numbers may need adjusted (like floors 1 and up would need to be %floor% + 4, like with floors -3 to 0. Also, I believe the service elevator serves all floors of the tower that have room (floors 1-11, 17-34; but excluding 12-16 because there's no room there). Floor 25 should be Floor 21, and Floor 27 should be Floor 23.
