Teknikk Plaza is a building complex made by Andreas - HT. The first version has a total of 8 elevators. It also doesn't work on the latest versions of skyscrapersim due to either an error creating primary car or floor 4 not valid for shaft 1.

The first building is a 3-floor office building which has a total of 3 Otis elevators, and the third building is a 21-floor residential(?) building which has a total of 5 elevators (3 KONE M-Series elevators, 1 large MP elevator and 1 Schindler elevator). The second building was never built(?).
