Carter Building is G-Elevators' first building (related to simple variant) ever to be created. It's a modification of Simple - Glass Elevator and is inspired by 1 Simpleton Avenue. It has also a 10-storey LUVI's store in it, and has a total of 3 elevators, including one elevator inside the LUVI's store.

During the construction, there was an additional elevator (for construction purposes) but it was removed.
