Sandy Spire is a skyscraper built by Skyscraper Simulator Showcase (June). This building's current version that is in progress has Eastinghouse elevators with Dover Impulse fixtures. There are also some large freight elevators and ThyssenKrupp Synergy MRL elevators being installed. It also has 4 versions:

  1. V1 made in BBC (its probably lost media).
  2. V2 being hand-coded with 90 floors and a 300 foot length base.
  3. V3 being hand-coded with 110 floors and a 400 foot length base.
  4. V4 being hand-coded with 112 floors and a 660 floor length base.
