The exterior will look like the ones in Himmelstor Hospital. Also, the 90s Otis elevator will serve only the ground floor and the upper floors. The elevator machine room is on the roof.

Elevators: 2 freight elevators and 3 passenger elevators. Almost all elevators were built in the late 50s/early 60s, then modernized by Generic in the 90s.
