The XIII Divergence Residences are a pair of 76-floor residential towers that have a total of 23 elevators. There is the Dauntless Tower and the Erudite Tower, both of which have 11 elevators, as well as a grand penthouse elevator. Both the penthouse suites and the grand penthouse suite are double height. Due to superstitions, there is no floor 13 or any floor with the number 4 in it on any of the residential floors, though there is a B4 floor in the parking garage.

- G - Main Lobby (splits into two towers here)

- 52-56 - Facilities and Mall (both towers reconnect on these floors)

- 76 - Grand Penthouse Suite (3 floors)
- RF - Helipad
