Grape Residences is a 13-floor residential building that is work in progress created by Lighthouse Friesland. Crimson Building has a total of 3 KONE M-Series / TMS elevators and the planned Berry Building will have one small elevator from the 60s era. The bigger elevator in Crimson Building is locked because it opens directly to the public street area.
