The NewBuild Demo Building is a building that shows off what the NewBuild script can do. It, along with NewBuild, was released as part of The Lift Excelsior Portfolio Build 3. This version was changed significantly in Build 5 to show off the randomness function. It is a tower that consists of 4 units per floor as well as a rooftop access point. The number of floors can be anywhere from 3 all the way up to 32 total floors.
