The Sunshine State Tower was a series of mods of Sky I done by Skyscraper Simulator Showcase / June. Those versions were replaced with The Palace Tower. There is also a parking garage extension included in version 4 of the building. Versions 1-3 were also similar to the original Sky I in design as it lacked the final version that Version 4 had and was eventually inherited by the Palace Tower, but excluding the parking garage section.
