Veranda Plaza newlifts (the latest version of Veranda Plaza) is a 10-storey building made by Andreas - HT. It has 1 DEVE-Schindler elevator, 1 innerdoorless Stahl elevator, 1 big Bethke elevator, and 5 Schindler 5300 elevators.

The big Bethke lift has a inner door issue.
