March 12 2024 build

This build has some minor changes and fixes, so see the changelog. Camera "RestrictRotation" feature is now enabled by default.

2. Fixed a crash in the AddRails function; check for shaft object validity
3. Updated Linux build documentation
4. Updated version numbers for Windows builds
5. Use snprintf instead of sprintf

7. Header indentation fixes
8. Removed unneeded unix.cpp and unix.h files in SBS
9. Enable camera rotation restriction by default
10. Upgraded FMOD to latest version
