7/20 (7 days / 20 edits) is a new restriction on page creations to combat a recent surge of spam page creations by IP addresses and newly registered users, with some exceptions to trusted IP addresses and ranges that have had good-faith page creations.

• Note 1: To request an exception be added onto the filter, go to Mediawiki talk:Abuse filter or User talk:Elevator1512 and explain why you want the exception in place. Bogus requests will be reverted and you may be blocked from editing either those talk pages or sitewide for continued violations.
• Note 2: If you're not logged in, and want to edit this page, you'll need to request a change at the talk page with a good explanation. This also applies to the name of this article.
