As far as Mn10 knows, it is fine to make this representation of a real school, as other people also created real buildings (whether completed or not) in the simulator, such as Guy's Hospital, Hampstead London Underground Station, Echelon Mall, and Sears Tower.
Mn10 has no intention to publicize anything that the real school does not want any party to do so.
