This build was put out to try to reduce the recent crashes, I've disabled the memory reporter function for now. This also introduces the VerySimple building, which was made for a friend of mine to help him start making his own building. It's a stripped down version of the Simple building, with just 2 levels and a roof, no elevator or stairwell.

1. Updated msvc solution file for ARM64 target
2. Don't enable RTSS for Metal renderer
3. Fix arm64 build folder location
4. Upgrade OGRE from 14.1.2 to 14.2.6
