Carter Building is G-Elevators' first building (related to simple variant) ever to be created. It's a modification of Simple - Glass Elevator and is inspired by 1 Simpleton Avenue. It has a total of 2 elevators.

During the construction, there was an additional elevator (for construction purposes) but it was removed.

  • L - Lobby / 1st Atrium
  • 1-10 - Express Zone
  • 11-19 - Offices
  • 20 - 2nd Atrium
  • 21-38 - Express Zone
  • OD - Observation Deck
  • R - Roof
