It is simple to explain the use: Use the present tense if the creator still likes the real building and/or visits that place often, and the past tense if the creator prefer other places more than that specific building and/or no longer goes to that place often. For Beno's case (both this station and the hospital), as Beno has been inactive (in the forum) for a long time, it may be more preferable to use the choice "like(s/d)" "wish(es/ed)" like what I typed in the "Twin Towers" page (I recently swapped to the present tense for Twin Towers and past tense for The Osterman World Trade Center for conciseness, though).
