This IP was one of the earliest IPs that had been available since the old forum. In the historical times, Mn10 also made some building mods, which are now no longer available due to copyright concerns. However, [[Simple - Gen4|the]] [[Gen5 Office Tower|mods]] [[Driverson City|originated]] from [[Simple|Simple Building]] were kept due to Eventhorizon saying on the old forum that the Simple Building's layout "is too basic for me to care about", and there are also many [[Simple Variations|Simple mods]] by other users.
In order to reminisce Mn10's memories of SVN buildings, the original SVN textures were used in several buildings created or edited since the second half of 2023^, such as [[GHH]], [[BLT]], and [[BCH]].


Different kinds of buildings have been created by Mn10, but most of them are [[Marketing Square|office]] [[RBT|buildings]] and [[ABH|hotels]] due to being Mn10's main specialty. However, some [[BNM|malls]] and [[SRH|hospitals]] are also included. There are two supertall skyscrapers fully coded by Mn10, [[World Management Center]] and [[Beautiful Lotus Tower]]. Additionally, there is [[Mn10 Elevator Testing Center|a testing place]] intended to be only like the Simple Building but with more elevators, enabling multiple elevator fixtures to be tested before implementation.
In the second half of 2024, due to less time for beginning a new project, the main focus of this IP was shifted to adding more details to the past buildings. Later in the first quarter of 2025, the project's main focus was shifted to [[Denver Remston Hospital]], with the remaining details (such as ICU and secret rooms) added.
