Point Square Dublin is a non-fictional building that is based off a mixed-use 7-floor building that has the same name in Dublin Docklands. It was planned to have a 4-star hotel called the Gibson Hotel, shopping center, and an office building. It was intended to be a part of Build 2 of Lift Excelsior's IP, alongside The Spaceport Triology.
