== Reasons why I moved the links here ==
== The future of this IP ==
It is not fully related to some users' comments this time, but it is directly related to the simulator's recent changes. Initially, the filler walls in external mesh weren't cut properly. Luckily that this issue was quickly fixed after I pinpointed the buildings with such issues. In addition, while testing [[August 16 2025 build|this build]], I found out that the landscape was not cut the intended way in [[DRH]]. With all of these, I cannot keep the links at the main meeting point where people just download the [[buildings]], face several errors, and post about them almost every day. These issues may also occur differently in [[Buildings/Creators A-D#Beno's Buildings|Beno's buildings]] and places created with [[BBC]], as those places have non-traditional interfloors, thus rendering the cut function work differently.
I deeply apologize to announce that it will be a very long time before the next release of this IP comes. There are some reasons behind this.
# Whenever I browse to the forum thread (including the former and current ones), I would see "error reports" (whether about missing [[Data#Textures|textures]] or large [[buildings]] stalling/crashing on lower-end computers) and "requests to add or change [[data|files]] (such as in GitHub)" more than "compliments about [[Mn10 IP|my buildings]]."
#* It's fine if users who like my [[buildings]] prefer enjoying them silently, but seeing error or requests almost every day making me feel ''really'' like a bot or an AI who needs to work perfectly every time.
#*I am a real person, '''not a robot or an AI''' who can always follow every single comment. Hence, my IP's releases cannot always be perfect.
# '''Most important:''' I would like to wait for many years until computers get more advanced before continuing on [[Spacetime Plaza]] (more specifically, the hotel zone in the northwestern side of the complex).
#* Let's say that if I manage to complete this complex in June 2027, other users may still not have enough time and money to upgrade their computers by then.
# '''Other important factor:''' I do not want people I know in real life to know about "this hobby" at all, as doing so may cause them to "exploit my skills" for either higher studies (anywhere in the world) or any kind of job (whether paid or not). Only when I reach my early sixties (or late seventies) in the far future can those people know that.
#* To save time and improve realism, it's better to use SketchUp or a similar program for such thing.
#* I always consider [[Skyscraper Wiki:About|Skyscraper Simulator]] as a ''game'', not a professional simulation. Even if there is a "graphical building designer" officially created by eventhorizon in the future, SketchUp will still do better for real life jobs.
#* '''With all of this, I need to implement an isolated environment (with a desktop computer^, optionally with a dedicated graphic card) before my dream of [[Spacetime Plaza]] can come true.'''
#* I still spend time well for important matters in real life, while allocating some days when I can stay alone in my "headquarter" to work on my [[buildings]].
#From #3 above, let's say that when I am sitting idle listening to music, surfing the Internet, or reading a book, my phone would be very silent as if its battery were completely empty. However, when I start working on any building of mine, I would receive a call or a message at that very moment.
#* When this happens, I must switch to "career mode" immediately without talking about this "strange hobby" at all, as people IRL who know this might think that I am crazy.
<small>^TBH, I don't want to buy a new "gaming laptop" just to work on my buildings, and I do not want to run the simulator on a "regular laptop" anymore, as doing so may shorten its life and cause me to lose some important data.</small>

By keeping my IP isolated here, people would have more time to read what I said before deciding whether to download or not, which should lessen any possible error reports.
I would regularly pack up and make a new release at the forum, but the changelog may not be fully accurate as I cannot keep track of every single change. However, please do not always request me to update GitHub every time, as this is very annoying. Also, please do not request me to "add certain content" to my IP's packages immediately after posting a new release. Please patiently wait for the next one before I can fulfill your wish.

<small>TL;DR: The recent developments has broken several buildings, so only either [[Skyscrapersim 2.0 RC4|RC4]] or [[Skyscrapersim 2.0 RC5|RC5]] should be used to run my buildings for the time being.</small>

== Officially separated topics for different matters ==

== Recent updates to [[DRH]] (San Francisco Building) ==
As being treated like an AI or a bot every time is very annoying, and some people who read my topic may just see "error messages" or "missing textures" and don't download* [[Mn10 IP|my buildings]] at all, it's time to separate my IP's topic into two:
After having finished the atrium on the 2nd-3rd floors, I had an idea of modifying the 5th floor. To begin with, I extended the west and east departments on this floor 10 ft. northwards, meaning that the Freight and Patient Transport elevators now open to their dedicated lobbies*, instead of a hallway linking the entire floor. However, I made it possible to walk around this floor's entirety by simply opening some doors (''without'' having to unlock them first) and going through them, unlike on the 4th floor where each elevator lobby is totally isolated from the other ones.
*'''Main topic (Building updates and releases):''' [https://skyscrapersimulatorforum.createaforum.com/integration-projects/mn10-integration-project-main-topic/ Mn10 Integration Project - Main topic]
*'''Discussion topic (All other matters):''' [https://skyscrapersimulatorforum.createaforum.com/integration-projects/mn10-integration-project-error-reportingsuggestionsother-matters/ Mn10 Integration Project - Error reporting/suggestions/other matters]

Additionally, while laying out the 5th floor's new look, I decided to combine the 28th and 29th floors into one double-height floor, renaming the latter to 28A in the process.
<small><nowiki>*</nowiki>''Note:'' I am not forcing people to download my releases. If you like other people's [[buildings]] more than mine, go ahead, please just don't repeatedly post the same things in my topics, as it is very annoying. I may just stop updating GitHub and only make releases by uploading to MediaFire as usual if this continues. (Even thought it was just "one person" always asking me to update GitHub, I ''always'' feel like "a bot" that needs to work perfectly whenever seeing such comments.)</small>

== Finally fixed this annoying stuff in Pacific Heights Building! ==

Now that it's time to fix something that annoyed some of Pacific Heights Building's occupants: the space-taking west and east stairwells. In short, I shifted both of them 9.5 ft. towards the building's exterior, with the external and internal walls modified accordingly.

Download links[edit source]

As the landscape cutting issue has been fixed, my buildings should run fine on the September 24, 2025 build. However, if anything breaks unexpectedly, you might wish to revert to either RC4 or RC5.

Installation instructions:

  1. Open the downloaded file in your preferred program, then open the folder with the same name as the archive.
  2. If done correctly, you should see the "buildings", "data", and other script folders.
  3. Select ALL listed folders inside and copy them to your Skyscraper root folder, replacing all files when prompted.

Note to everybody:

  1. Buildings that may resemble real-life places were created only because they are my favorites.
    1. Other people also made such creations for the same reasons.
    2. However, if you really want me to delete a building, please give me a very nice reason, as well as an absolute proof of your relations to the real place.
  2. Please (in)directly credit me if you want to take photos/videos of my buildings.
  3. Do not simply steal my screenshots regardless of their details. It is simple to press F11 to take one of your own.
    1. I sincerely apologize for removing certain screenshots some time after having released the related updates.
  4. Please kindly read the included "Copyright and Credits" before altering any building or content included.
    1. I would exercise a fair use (no copyright violation intended) for files created by no longer active users.
    2. If you do not want me to include any files, please PM me with a nice reason, and with a proof of ownership if possible.

The future of this IP[edit source]

I deeply apologize to announce that it will be a very long time before the next release of this IP comes. There are some reasons behind this.

  1. Whenever I browse to the forum thread (including the former and current ones), I would see "error reports" (whether about missing textures or large buildings stalling/crashing on lower-end computers) and "requests to add or change files (such as in GitHub)" more than "compliments about my buildings."
    • It's fine if users who like my buildings prefer enjoying them silently, but seeing error or requests almost every day making me feel really like a bot or an AI who needs to work perfectly every time.
    • I am a real person, not a robot or an AI who can always follow every single comment. Hence, my IP's releases cannot always be perfect.
  2. Most important: I would like to wait for many years until computers get more advanced before continuing on Spacetime Plaza (more specifically, the hotel zone in the northwestern side of the complex).
    • Let's say that if I manage to complete this complex in June 2027, other users may still not have enough time and money to upgrade their computers by then.
  3. Other important factor: I do not want people I know in real life to know about "this hobby" at all, as doing so may cause them to "exploit my skills" for either higher studies (anywhere in the world) or any kind of job (whether paid or not). Only when I reach my early sixties (or late seventies) in the far future can those people know that.

    • I always consider Skyscraper Simulator as a game, not a professional simulation. Even if there is a "graphical building designer" officially created by eventhorizon in the future, SketchUp will still do better for real life jobs.
    • With all of this, I need to implement an isolated environment (with a desktop computer^, optionally with a dedicated graphic card) before my dream of Spacetime Plaza can come true.
    • I still spend time well for important matters in real life, while allocating some days when I can stay alone in my "headquarter" to work on my buildings.
  4. From #3 above, let's say that when I am sitting idle listening to music, surfing the Internet, or reading a book, my phone would be very silent as if its battery were completely empty. However, when I start working on any building of mine, I would receive a call or a message at that very moment.
    • When this happens, I must switch to "career mode" immediately without talking about this "strange hobby" at all, as people IRL who know this might think that I am crazy.

Officially separated topics for different matters[edit source]

As being treated like an AI or a bot every time is very annoying, and some people who read my topic may just see "error messages" or "missing textures" and don't download* my buildings at all, it's time to separate my IP's topic into two:

*Note: I am not forcing people to download my releases. If you like other people's buildings more than mine, go ahead, please just don't repeatedly post the same things in my topics, as it is very annoying. I may just stop updating GitHub and only make releases by uploading to MediaFire as usual if this continues.
