- 1 - Ebu offices, Press conference room, Soundcheck area, Viewing room, Control room, Press offices
- 2 - Press center, Delegation bubble
- 3 - Entrance/Exit, Production Area, Stage
- 4-9 - Stage (Middle) / Service Area (Building's Corner)
- 6 - Viewing Platform
- 10 - Stage and Zones A-H (Middle) / Service Area (Building's Corner)
- 11 - Commentators A-K, Commentators L-U

- All elevators with the exception of the service elevator don't serve floors 4-5 and 7-9.
- There is also a car elevator going between 0 and -5.
