The Shibana Festival Place (formerly known as the Shibana Grape Place) is a 4 story shopping centre located in the fictional country of Krroch'a. It was created by Haru. It has currently a total of 5 shops, 3 lifts (only 1 is non-functional) and a single stairwell going between G and 1
History
This was a typical 60s High Street with a small 2 storey shopping centre in the middle of it, until the local council wanted to redevelop the streets into a proper shopping centre but without changing the original shops from the 60s. It was finished in December 1999 and opened one day later, in 2014 it was mostly refurbished and two glass lifts were installed in the new atrium, as well a new food court was added. It is the 2nd largest shopping centre in the country.
