The Shibana Festival Place (formerly known as the Shibana Grape Place) is a 4 story shopping centre located in Shibana. It was created by Haru. It has currently a total of 5 shops, 3 lifts (only 1 is non-functional) and a single stairwell going between G and 1. This building is cancelled.
